Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing robust manufacturing processes for the production of medical devices.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or science, preferably in a relevant field such as manufacturing, mechanical, electronic, or production engineering. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device or Pharma industry is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good leadership abilities, and experience in process development and characterization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing high-yielding processes that are robust and capable
  • Optimizing process equipment and technology performance to enable efficient and repeatable processes in manufacturing
  • Working closely with R&D engineering to develop new medical device designs and transfer validated designs to manufacturing
  • Evaluating new equipment and processes for environmental impact and identifying potential development opportunities for medical device technology

Additional qualifications include experience working with catheters and knowledge of injection moulding, DMAIC, equipment validation, and new product introductions.
