About the RoleThis is a strategic role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales efficiency. As an Enterprise Sales Enablement Strategist, you will be responsible for building enablement programs that empower our sellers to win more deals, close faster, and drive repeatable revenue. You will partner with our enterprise and mid-market sales leadership to identify performance gaps and design programs that align with revenue priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver scalable training programs that equip our sellers with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in complex sales environments.
- Develop and maintain sales methodologies (Sandler) that are embedded into workflows, deal reviews, and coaching frameworks.
- Support ongoing deal execution through field coaching, deal desk insights, and by surfacing repeatable best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales ops, product marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and go-to-market motions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who has:
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying, deal-closing roles, ideally in complex, consultative, or technical sales environments.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training roles, with proven experience supporting mid-market and enterprise sellers.
- Strong experience working with or implementing sales methodologies like Sandler, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or SPIN.
