Quality Manager Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project-specific quality plans and inspection & test plans to guarantee exceptional project outcomes.
  • Oversee and review quality inspections, method statements, and compliance procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular site quality audits and provide constructive feedback to project teams to foster growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence teams and promote a culture of continuous excellence.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a management role within construction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BCAR, quality systems, and site compliance is essential.
