Job Title: Maintenance Utilities TechnicianThis role entails providing technical support in an EHS and quality compliant manner for all aspects of Utilities plant and equipment at a client's facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Completion of planned maintenance on scheduled weekly basis.
- Immediate response to any unplanned adverse event such as breakdowns, BMS alarms, fire alarms, etc.
- Management of onsite contractors ensuring permit and method statement requirements are fulfilled.
- Good understanding of GMP requirements for operation and maintenance of critical systems.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems safety requirements.
- General knowledge of energy management and waste factors.
- Basic operation and safety requirements of hydraulic and pneumatic/instrument systems.
- Time served/Qualified fitter/qualified electrician or E&I (fitter/electrician/Electrical Instrumentation).
