Student Services Manager

**Role Overview:**
Expanding School of Nursing & Midwifery Operations Team:We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our School, working closely with Program directors and other teams to deliver exceptional student experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- End-to-end student management, from application to graduation and beyond.
- Coordinating logistical and operational support for multiple programs.
- Developing and managing advertising materials for courses.
- Managing program applications and student admissions, verifying professional and education qualifications.
- Managing registration and induction events for new students.
- Overseeing online assessment submissions, written examinations, and various other forms of assessments, as well as collating and delivering student results.
- Working closely with the Student Fees office to ensure timely fee payments and managing students in arrears.
- Management of Virtual Learning Environments (Moodle), including module and user management.
- Managing student progression through the Schools' student management system.
- Developing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Development of examination boards and student transcripts.
- Working closely with Program directors to ensure External Examiners receive student data and reports as needed.
- Supporting Program directors with timetabling needs and room bookings.
- Assisting in the running of the annual Graduation ceremony, including inviting students, ordering parchments, and event management on the day.
- Assisting in managing the School's alumni database and alumni communication strategy.
- Managing ad-hoc events, such as master-classes, open evenings, and guest lectures.
- Ensuring all media meets RCSI branding guidelines.
- Assisting in actively marketing the School to the target audience.
- Assisting and developing online media management and online presence.
- Participating in training and development programs as required.
- Performing additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize objectives and produce results.
- An effective communication style is required, tailored to audience and situation.
- Strong results focus combined with excellent attention to detail are essential.
- Candidates should have excellent customer service capabilities.
- Practical and adaptable IT skills are necessary.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge is required.
- Flexibility to work in a changing environment is crucial.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
