Senior Statistical Analyst

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished senior statistical analyst with a proven track record of delivering high-quality statistical insights and analysis in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment. This individual will be responsible for leading complex projects, mentoring junior team members, and providing expert-level statistical guidance to clients.

Job Description:

  • Lead the development and implementation of statistical analysis plans (SAPs) to ensure alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical writing, clinical operations, and project management, to deliver high-quality study reports and regulatory submissions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure timely and effective communication of study results.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their statistical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in biostatistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trials, with a focus on statistical analysis and programming.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAS programming and data management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
