Job Title: Audit Senior Manager

The Role Overview
  • We are seeking a seasoned audit professional to oversee financial services insurance-based client portfolios and ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements.
  • This leadership role involves managing a team of auditors, supervising financial reporting, and directing the preparation and completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring assignments are delivered within time and resource constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • In addition, you will mentor managers and audit seniors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career objectives.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Fully qualified ICAI, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent accounting certifications are required.
  • Current or recent experience as an Audit Senior Manager in an accountancy firm is essential.
  • Financial services audit experience, particularly in the insurance sector, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing direct reports and leading teams effectively is necessary for this role.
