Claims Investigator Role
Your new position entails investigating motor, liability, and professional indemnity claims of varying complexity.
This role involves identifying fraudulent claims, managing workflow effectively, and providing a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate complex claims to ensure all investigations are carried out in line with regulatory standards.
- Identify fraudulent claims and take appropriate action.
- Liaise with policyholders, insurers, and brokers to resolve claims efficiently.
- Manage workflow to meet business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
- CIP qualification.
- 35 years experience in claims investigations (motor, liability, PI).
- Strong knowledge of CPC, Minimum Competency standards, policy wordings, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- High levels of empathy, organisation, and customer focus.
