Brand Development Representative

We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Brand Representative in the FMCG industry. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with store managers and ensuring our client's products are prominently stocked in grocery, convenience, and service station sectors.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Experience in merchandising and product availability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Complete full journey plans weekly or periodically
  • Capture and report in-store product and competitor activity using handheld devices
  • Build and maintain local-level relationships

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: €32-35k per annum (DOE)
  • Bonus structure: OTE 20% of salary
  • Company van, fuel card, and toll tag provided
  • Lunch allowance: €8 per day
