Automation Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in expanding the existing organization and fostering a culture of digital excellence.

  • The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations across the site's campus where the Building Management System (BMS) is in use.
  • They will work with Engineering and Operations personnel to troubleshoot issues, make changes to the control systems in line with site change control procedures and site standards, respond to system events, and perform routine computer system maintenance checks.
  • Providing subject matter expertise for BMS design, development, installation, testing, validation, and lifecycle support is also a critical responsibility.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' working experience in Biopharma engineering, operations, or manufacturing.
  • Experience with Siemens Desigo CC application, PLC/HMI configuration, industrial communication protocols, and other relevant technologies is essential.
  • A keen technical curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire for continuous improvement are necessary attributes.
  • Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment are also required.
