Job Overview

The Applications Engineer role is a key technical position for a global team in the computing market. The successful candidate will work with a cross-discipline team focused on new product development and customer design for computing power applications.

  • Key responsibilities include defining and designing-in advanced multiphase power controllers, creating design-in tools, and providing technical support across all areas of product function and use.
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification and 5+ years' experience in power electronics design.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are essential, as well as experience with Simplis, Mathcad, Orcad, and Allegro design tools.

Regular travel is required to meet with worldwide customers and field engineers.
