Product Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product area, driving direction and delivery from concept to launch.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to bring new ideas to life. You'll be responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities using data and user insights, defining success metrics, and collaborating across teams to ensure products are impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the product area end-to-end, from shaping direction to getting details right in delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life.
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities using data and user insights.
  • Defining success metrics and ensuring alignment across teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital marketplaces or similar environments.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership, having independently taken products from idea to launch and growth.
  • A track record of balancing user research with commercial insights.
  • Hands-on product craft, comfortable working closely with engineering and design.
  • Data-driven mindset, confident using data to guide decisions.
  • Collaborative communicator, able to build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams.
