We are seeking an Insurance Claims Specialist to join our multicultural team in Dublin 12. As a Claims Handler, you will play a critical role in processing medical claims for clients worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate adjudication.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Process and adjudicate medical claims within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery of superior client experiences
  • Meet productivity and quality targets, contributing to departmental success
  • Foster positive inter-departmental relationships by responding to internal customer queries professionally

Requirements

  • Administrative experience with a focus on tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid EU work permit with full-time year-round availability
  • Fluency in English
