Job Summary
Merchants Quay Ireland is seeking a qualified professional to lead the delivery of the Treatment and Recovery Programme (TARP) in the Irish Prison Service. This role requires an individual who can drive continuous service improvement, ensure policies and protocols are consistently followed, and provide high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate participant induction onto the programme and programme graduation.
  • Deliver elements of the programme directly to the group, ensuring no gaps in programme delivery.
  • Compile and submit reports, including monthly and quarterly updates.
  • Lead the ongoing development of the TARP programme, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering quality, evidence-based addiction services, excellent IT skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A 3rd Level Qualification in Addiction or a related discipline is required.
