Job Title: Lead Pharmacy Manager

Serving as the lead pharmacist in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the dispensary and team with excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Responsible for all pharmacy operations, utilizing strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with PSI obligations and other relevant bodies, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Engage actively with customers to foster loyalty and confidence, providing exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Assume additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years' experience post-registration, with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland, upholding the highest standards of professional practice.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and initiative-taking skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Package:

A competitive package is available, commensurate with experience. A typical workday does not include late nights.
