Mental Health Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to lead our mental health team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of care services to patients with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of mental health services
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services for patients
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in a mental health setting to develop their leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Requirements:- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a mental health setting
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
