A Director Enterprise Resources Planning professional is needed to lead ERP strategy, governance, and optimization across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP plan that aligns with business goals.
  • Assess and recommend ERP solutions, upgrades, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to boost operational efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure standardization, compliance, and risk management.
  • Oversee system performance, scalability, and security to maintain business continuity.
  • Ensure effective Business-As-Usual (BAU) and Change Management processes.

Requirements include 15+ years of ERP management experience, including leadership roles with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Desirable Skills:
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP platforms and digital transformation strategies.
  • Strategic vision & business acumen to align ERP capabilities with corporate goals.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
