The Ireland Outsourcing Manager will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all services sourced to Coinbase Ireland from other global entities.

This includes administering and overseeing all aspects of the Outsourcing Framework, implementing and operationalising processes and governance (SLAs and reporting) and ensuring complete documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Work with global function to maintain and develop outsourcing and third-party risk management framework to meet regulatory compliance.
  • Drive and embed strategies and policies into operational execution to effectively manage outsourcing and third-party risk.
  • Ensure effective oversight, monitoring and controls across the outsourcing lifecycle phases and train responsible units.
  • Manage a robust maintenance process of required outsourcing documentation including regular review and uplifts of contracts and controls.
  • Support remediation and continuous simplification of outsourcing and third-party risk management processes.
