Job Description:
Three highly skilled and motivated Qualified Financial Advisors and Certified Financial Planners are required to join our dynamic team. These roles involve working with our existing client base, conducting financial reviews, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

You will be responsible for providing expert financial advice, creating customized financial plans, and guiding clients towards achieving their financial objectives. Key Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting detailed financial assessments to understand clients' financial situations and goals.
  • Developing comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs, including retirement planning, investment management, tax strategies, and estate planning.
  • Providing ongoing financial advice and support to clients, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing circumstances and goals.
  • Educating clients on financial matters, including market trends, investment options, and risk management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
QFA qualification is a minimum requirement for these roles. CFP, RPA, or other financial designations are a distinct advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning or a related field is also required. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning is essential. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are also necessary. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in cash flow modelling is an advantage, but training will be provided if required.
