Director of Innovation and Growth

We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced leader to spearhead our company's digital transformation agenda.
Main Responsibilities- Establish a high-performing team culture, prioritizing individual growth, team well-being, and a strong sense of shared purpose.
- Lead discovery and scoping of digital initiatives across various areas, including fund administration, compliance, onboarding, reporting, and internal operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance data flow across the business.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of business analysts, systems analysts, and project delivery leads.
- Oversight of the digital vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and client needs.
- Guidance on business process re-engineering efforts, ensuring alignment with digital platform capabilities and compliance standards.
- Driving structured requirements gathering and solution design processes to bridge business needs and technical delivery.
- Overseeing analysis of current-state operations and client journeys to inform future-state designs.
- Collaboration with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, IT, Product, and Client Services to ensure alignment and prioritization of digital initiatives.
- A strategic thinker with a focus on long-term business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and able to work across departments.
