Job Description

This position involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional member and guest experiences within our comprehensive fitness and leisure offering.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored training programmes for members and guests
  • Lead dynamic group exercise classes
  • Offer personalized guidance and support to all clients
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Provide assistance to members in the gym, pool and reception areas
Requirements
  • A high level of written and spoken English communication skills
  • A recognized certificate in fitness instruction
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, up to 5 days over 7
