Our Retail Sales Team is looking for a flexible and proactive colleague with a passion for good food to take on the role of Retail Sales Assistant in our Produce Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers with a helpful and friendly manner

  • Assisting customers in finding the right products or solutions

  • Maintaining stock levels through restocking and shelving

  • Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal obligations and company guidelines

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in grocery retail would be an advantage, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fully flexible, positive with a can-do attitude, responsible, reliable and willing to learn across all departments of the store.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be required to sell alcohol and tobacco, therefore, you must be 18 or over to qualify for this role.
