Global organizations are seeking a driven Tax Manager to join their tax and finance teams. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing corporate tax compliance, designing and executing tax strategies, and preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all areas of corporate tax compliance, ensuring continuous improvement in tax processes and maintaining strong working relationships with advisors.
  • Design and execute tax strategies that support business objectives while maintaining full compliance with local and international tax regulations.
  • Prepare and coordinate tax provisions and financial statement disclosures in line with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Support transfer pricing and intercompany transaction documentation.
  • Lead and manage tax audits and respond to inquiries or disputes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing tax legislation and communicate implications for the business.
  • Provide advisory support on business initiatives such as M&A, capital investments, and restructurings.

Requirements:

  • A qualified tax professional with relevant experience gained in industry and/or within a Big Four firm.
  • A good understanding of the international tax environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems and tax software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and impact others.
  • Detailed-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, flexible and adaptable to change.
