We are seeking a Site Calibration Engineer to join our team at TN Ireland. In this role, you will be based on one of our client Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities in the greater Dublin area. You will report to a Service Manager/Calibration Engineer and be responsible for performing routine calibrations as well as troubleshooting on process equipment used in the manufacturing of pharma products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out calibrations on process, utility, and analytical lab equipment.
  • Collaborate with the calibration team to achieve common goals.
  • Solve complex issues related to instrumentation & monitoring systems.
  • Guarantee that all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant cGMP guidelines.
  • Prepare accurate documentation of all work activities in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve the calibration process to ensure efficiency and quality.
Essential Skills:
  • National Craft Certificate in Instrumentation or Electrical Instrumentation.
  • Or a B.Sc. Degree in Process Instrumentation & Automation or Applied Physics & Instrumentation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of combined education, training, and experience in calibration, instrumentation, measurement, and control in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Previous experience working in a GMP environment.
  • Proficiency in executing and documenting Calibration certificates.
  • Ability to analyze technical documents such as loop sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, I/O wiring, and panel drawings.
  • Proficient in computer skills - minimum 3 years' experience.
