About the Role

  • Deliver premium advisory services to customers, encompassing technical problem-solving, solution optimization, and system stability improvement.
  • Enhance customer project evaluation and risk mitigation strategies for implementation projects.

Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and root cause analysis abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
  • Strong team player with adaptability and quick learning in a global environment.
  • Dedication to continuous self-improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for customer and internal requests.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including late shifts and weekends.
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • SAP Basis administration and performance experience.
  • Database administration and performance expertise.
  • Knowledge of HA/DR topics and cloud migrations (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience in performance tuning, user management, system copies, or Unicode conversions.
  • Experience working with SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA systems.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, and presentation abilities.
  • Prior experience in client/customer interaction and stakeholder management.
  • Certifications in SAP Basis, S/4HANA, OS/DB Migration, NetWeaver, or hyperscaler technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Database certifications (Oracle, MySQL, IBM, Sybase) and internship/graduate experience in large landscapes/environments/customers.
