As a seasoned Medical Professional, you know the importance of delivering exceptional patient care in high-pressure environments. That's why we're excited to offer this unique opportunity for a Medical Professional to join our team at the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) in North Carolina.
In this role, you'll have the chance to provide specialized care for patients with critical conditions, such as DKA, Sickle Cell, Sepsis, Respiratory Distress, Pneumonia, Heart Failure, Stroke, and stroke-like symptoms. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, leveraging your expertise in IV Start, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, Titration of Cardiac Drips, Use of Rapid response teams, Feeding Tube and Management, Heparin Protocols, PCA, and CVA.
To be successful in this position, you'll need a minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU/IMC settings, with certification in ACLS and BCLS. Preferred qualifications include experience with MS/Tele, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Care of Ventilated patients, Wound Care/Wound Vac, and certification in NHISS.
