Director IT Enterprise Applications

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned IT Director to lead our enterprise applications team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving digital innovation, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an ambitious IT roadmap that aligns with business goals
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and trust
  • Manage a high-performing team of IT professionals to drive business outcomes
  • Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain rigorous standards for data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Expertise in ERP, MES, QMS integrations, and Veeva suite (Quality, Clinical, Medical Affairs)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
