Seeking a dedicated and compassionate social care professional to join our team in Kildare.
We are looking for an experienced worker who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on promoting independence, inclusion, and a meaningful quality of life in a supportive residential environment.
Key Responsibilities- Build respectful relationships that recognise each individual's choices, privacy, and emotional safety.
- Promote inclusion, independence, and self-advocacy by enabling active participation in community life, decision-making, and personal development.
- Support and empower individuals to pursue their goals, interests, cultural identity, and values in a manner that ensures dignity and respect.
Essential Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
- CORU registered or in process of registration.
- Level 7 qualification in Social Care and Health or equivalent.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
- Minimum one year's experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Knowledge of current policy and sectoral developments in social care and disability services.
