Job Title:

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Site Agent to supervise civil site teams, manage junior engineers and site staff, and address technical queries.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting into the Project Manager, checking site drawings and specifications, managing plant, machinery, and equipment, ensuring all staff adhere to health and safety regulations, completing site works to a high-quality standard, maintaining the site diary, and conducting toolbox talks with site teams.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Report into the Project Manager and regularly check site drawings and specifications.
  • Manage plant, machinery, and equipment, ensuring all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Complete site works to a high-quality standard, maintain the site diary, and conduct toolbox talks with site teams.
  • Liaise with clients, consultancies, and the public, providing reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineer degree
  • 4 years plus experience in a similar role
  • Strong communicator and able to multi-task and highly organised
  • Able to work within a team and individually
  • Experience working on civil projects, setting out knowledge, and confident in using Microsoft Office
