Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to support the management of our restaurant and banqueting operations. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills to ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
  2. Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer experience.
  3. Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, and inventory management to optimize efficiency.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
  1. Lead by example to deliver a warm and professional dining experience for all guests.
  2. Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service coordination.
Team Leadership & Development:
  1. Assist in training and developing the restaurant team, ensuring staff are knowledgeable, motivated, and engaged.
  2. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and high morale.
  3. Support performance management and ensure staff uphold the restaurant's standards of service and professionalism.
Financial & Compliance Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in managing financial aspects, cost control, and revenue targets to maximize profitability.
  2. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times.
  3. Monitor compliance with company policies, licensing laws, and brand standards.
