The primary goal of this position is to oversee a team responsible for the formulation and aseptic filling of biopharmaceuticals in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead operations during assigned shifts, ensuring timely completion of production tasks.
- Maintain a strong safety culture within the manufacturing team and area.
- Act as Aseptic Coach, observing and advising on aseptic practices in clean rooms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Work closely with Quality groups, Materials Management, Maintenance, Technical Services, and Human Resources organizations to achieve department objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and regulatory requirements (GMP, EH&S).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Syringe/Vial aseptic manufacturing operations or equivalent GMP manufacturing experience.
