About the Role

This role involves providing timely and strategic guidance on financial services, insolvency, property disputes, and regulatory investigations. As part of this position, you will work closely with clients across multiple industries to achieve successful outcomes. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing counsel on commercial litigation matters focusing on financial services, insolvency, property disputes, and regulatory investigations.
  • Taking an active role in client-facing interactions to deliver well-structured advice and ensure effective matter management.
  • Working collaboratively with domestic and international clients to handle high-profile and high-value disputes.
  • Developing expertise through exposure to challenging and complex cases.
  • Participating in business development initiatives to drive growth within the organization.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation, possessing exceptional drafting skills, strong technical abilities, and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate should also have a solid academic background and a genuine passion for developing expertise in dispute resolution.
