Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tenant Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of property services to tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned service contracts and projects under supervision.
  • Assist security staff as needed.
  • Monitor dock log regarding deliveries and coordinate information flow between departments.
  • Coordinate lobby exhibits, special events, and tenant activities.
  • Conduct tenant focus groups and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and out, complete punch list items, and distribute checklists to management.
  • Update tenant warden lists and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and distribute building communications, including newsletters and announcements.
  • Follow up on daily tenant service requests and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in an accredited institution.
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service or relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in emergency situations.
  • Establish a positive working atmosphere among staff.
