Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Driving Innovation and Efficiency

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead the implementation of new technologies and industry 4.0 capabilities within our manufacturing plant.

  • You will be responsible for executing and delivering various projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
  • This includes managing budgets, resources, and risks associated with each project.
  • You will also be accountable for end-to-end technology project delivery from business case creation up to qualification and go live into manufacturing production.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate degree in Engineering and 2 years of combined Information Systems and Manufacturing Process Automation experience.
  • Or a Master's degree in Engineering and 4 years of combined Information Systems and Manufacturing Process Automation experience.
  • Or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 6 years of combined Information Systems and Manufacturing Process Automation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
