Job Description

MongoDB Pre-Sales Solution Architects play a critical role in guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform.

Our team consists of seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success.

This includes designing their software, deployment, and operations.

We are seeking candidates based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs of the Solutions Architects team through interviews with executive leadership, surveys, and collaboration with other enablement professionals
  • Create customized learning paths based on product, market, or business line focus, and develop training content for the MongoDB Enablement team's platforms
  • Manage projects across functional teams, including Learning & Development or Sales Enablement, overseeing the delivery of training, coaching, and development programs
  • Secure leadership support for Go-To-Market initiatives and enablement efforts
