Job Description:

As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the development and integration of large-scale product features. This role requires leveraging third-party APIs, enhancing user interface workflows, and adhering to the latest security standards.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with a passion for designing high-impact solutions that improve the stability and quality of the platform.

You will be responsible for resolving application issues proactively, developing unit and functional tests to prevent future occurrences, and assisting in refining and prioritizing the issue backlog.

This is an exciting opportunity to promote positive communication, collaboration, and team growth while working with cross-functional teams including technical support, software development, QA, design, documentation, and product management.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to large-scale product integrations by leveraging third-party APIs
  • Enhance UI workflows and adhere to the latest security standards
  • Apply application knowledge to design high-impact solutions
  • Take a proactive approach to resolve application issues
  • Develop unit and functional tests to prevent future occurrences
  • Assist with refining and prioritizing the issue backlog
  • Promote positive communication, collaboration, and team growth
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure the health and availability of the production application
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience programming in C# and ASP.Net
  • Strong computer science fundamentals: industry-standard patterns and practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams completing root cause analysis, debugging code, and bug fixes
  • Passionate technologist looking to teach and learn from the best in software development
  • Experience with public cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure DevOps, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Kubernetes Service
  • Independent, driven, creative, and likes to take ownership
