We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Culinary Team Lead in Leopardstown working five over seven days, Daytime hours only. Some key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparation and cooking of food to the highest standard.
  2. Supervision and direction of kitchen and service staff as required.
  3. Operation of HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.

This role requires an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer experience and has a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
