We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an R&D Lifecycle Management Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on innovative medical devices and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
">In this role, you will be responsible for managing design changes and sustaining activities for neurovascular products. You will oversee the development of new product processes, collaborate with design engineers to meet performance and cost targets, and provide technical leadership to a team of engineers working on devices for ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke treatment.
]Key Responsibilities:
- Manage R&D Lifecycle activities for neurovascular products.
- Oversee sustaining design and development, collaborating with design engineers to meet performance and cost targets.
- Provide technical leadership and ownership of critical tasks in product development projects.
- Identify and manage technical risks with project leads.
- Develop testing capabilities for product performance and safety evaluation.
- Support development of new product processes.
- Define project strategies, goals, plans, and priorities.
- Report progress organization-wide.
- Organize and prioritize activities, including escalations, in collaboration with key functions.
- Support customer complaint investigations and review meetings, reviewing complaint trends and actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D department.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- Project management qualification is a plus.
Benefits:

- Travel up to 15% may be required as part of a global company.
