Job Description:

The Merchant Services Representative will be responsible for providing ongoing competitor feedback and industry insight, maintaining knowledge on all Elavon services and activities, and proactively researching new and existing products and services from competitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing competitor feedback and industry insight
  • Maintain knowledge on all Elavon services and activities
  • Proactively research new and existing products and services from competitors
  • Represent CPM and Elavon in a consistently professional manner
Requirements:

Proven ability to meet set targets, previous direct sales experience in the payment merchant service industry, and experience in engaging with decision makers around features and benefits of a product or service.
