Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management Lead
">This is an opportunity for a highly experienced outsourcing and third-party risk management professional to join our team as the lead for these critical functions in Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing Monzo's third-party and outsourcing activities in Europe. This includes managing both intra-group and external third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining robust governance structures.
">Developing and implementing a comprehensive outsourcing framework that aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Oversight of the full lifecycle of outsourcing arrangements, including due diligence, contract negotiations, performance monitoring and contract termination processes.
Serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party service providers, driving commercial value through strategic negotiations and strong partnerships.
Managing the outsourcing register and maintaining meticulous records of all intra-group and external third-party arrangements.
Collaborating with Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Group teams to establish and maintain robust controls and contractual protections.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in outsourcing, vendor management, risk management or compliance, preferably within a regulated industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of outsourcing regulations, third-party risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations.
