Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology infrastructure, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, working closely with our Technology team.

You will conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, applications development, model development, and implement new or revised applications systems and programs.

Additionally, you will monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation. You will also provide user and operational support on applications to business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for new or revised applications systems and programs.
  • Develop and implement applications development strategies that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure they continue to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
