Job Overview

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Compliance Specialist Grade VII to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization's compliance with data protection regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate the full lifecycle of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) for the Data Notification Service.
  • Work towards full compliance with HSE data protection policy and GDPR legislation in managing all DSAR requests related to the May 2021 Cyber Attack.
  • Manage complex data protection queries and complaints related to the May 2021 Cyber Attack.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and practices relating to personal data specified in Data Protection Acts and GDPR.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a comparable role ideally within a regulatory or public sector organization.
  • Proven experience of staff management.
