Customer Success Champion

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success and satisfaction of our new, existing, and potential customers. This role is crucial for driving onboarding, retention, expansion, and overall company growth.
About the RoleWe are seeking a tenacious individual who is passionate about ensuring customers have the best experience with our CRM. You will be responsible for cultivating robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders, conducting routine check-ins and business reviews to grasp their evolving requirements.
Becoming a product and industry expert to deliver high-quality demos and clearly communicate our product's value is essential. Additionally, you will support potential customers from the first engagement to subscription, identify upselling opportunities with existing customers, and develop strategies to retain customers.
Your primary objective will be to reduce churn and enhance overall customer satisfaction by identifying potentially vulnerable client relationships and proactively implementing measures to fortify them.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer success preferably in a technical or SaaS Company (3+ years)
- Familiarity with customer support processes and CRM tools
- Proven track record in developing and executing customer retention strategies
- Ability to empathize with customers, listen and understand their needs, and tailor solutions to address their unique challenges
- Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding metrics and objectives
- A hunter mentality and an ability to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field (preferable)
