We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Manager in Corporate Tax Consulting. Our client base consists of large corporates and Irish plcs, operating across various sectors including food, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, and retail.

As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients. This will involve working closely with heads of tax and senior personnel in our client organisations to formulate and implement tax strategy. You will also advise on the taxation aspects of acquisitions and disposals, overseas expansions, tax-efficient financing, and general consulting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience in tax consulting/compliance services, along with a strong academic record and relevant qualifications. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build quality relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Job Requirements:

  • Liaise with clients to identify and implement optimal tax solutions
  • Bring business knowledge, innovation, and insight to create value for clients and the firm
  • Deepen familiarity with new legislation and tax policy, supporting team members in their learning
  • Coach team members and drive the team to deliver results responsibly, authentically, and passionately
  • Embrace digital transformation and promote risk management and compliance procedures

Key Competencies & Experience:

  • At least 4 years experience in tax consulting/compliance services
  • Strong academic record with a Degree from any discipline and AITI/CTA qualification or equivalent
  • Business Acumen - use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the market and utilise this information to assist clients in making smart and innovative business decisions
  • Relationship management - ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships
  • Creative - demonstrate an ability to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic team player with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential
  • Ambitious – demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development
