Senior Project Manager

The Global Projects Lead will oversee multiple projects across different sites, requiring frequent travel to Denmark and the US. This role will support product development.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project schedules, costs, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians for clinical understanding and research new unmet needs.
- Have technical responsibility for all Research and Development activities.
- Improve team processes and systems for quality and delivery of work.
- IDentify new vendors and strategic partners for product development.
- Maintain high standards of medical device engineering excellence.
- Work with other R&D Leads to share best practices.
- Manage Intellectual Property portfolios and team performance.
- Ensure teams deliver quality designs in a timely manner.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders required for project completion.
- Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 10 years' relevant experience and 5 years supervisory experience leading engineering staff.
- Proven project management skills and strong technical writing abilities.
- Good mechanical design, materials aptitude, and understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledge of relevant ISO, EU, FDA medical device standards regulations.
- Willingsness to travel on company business.
