About the Position

The Back of House Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our kitchen and back-of-house operations. This includes supervising the cleaning and organization of these areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing effective inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of stewards and team leaders to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Food Safety Manager to ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Implement efficient inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate payroll, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

About You

  • A results-driven leader with experience in Back of House or Stewarding roles.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Prior experience in pre-opening teams is beneficial.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, HACCP, and food safety standards is essential.
