Your Role
As a Social Care Worker at Harmony Care, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing direct care, support, and guidance to children in our residential services. Your primary objective will be to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment, fostering the social, emotional, and educational growth of our young people.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, educators, and other specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of care and support. Your expertise and passion for working with children will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities
