Strategic Quality Leader
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Quality Leader to join our organisation. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the strategic direction of quality, clinical governance, and patient safety across a dynamic mission-led healthcare provider.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a unified quality and patient safety strategy across multiple hospital sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy to drive excellence in patient care.
- Leading and managing diverse teams within clinical environments.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Relevant Healthcare Degree or equivalent.
- Continuing professional development at the appropriate level.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a healthcare setting.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Able to convey ideas and decisions with sensitivity to broader organisational dynamics.
- Effective advocate and negotiator, focused on driving continuous improvement.
- Proficient in IT tools to support quality, data analysis, and reporting functions.
