Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced service engineer to carry out regular maintenance, attend lift breakdowns, and provide excellent customer service in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lifts by performing routine checks, attending emergency calls, and providing on-site support to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Respond to lift breakdowns and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by meeting customer response times, communicating effectively, and resolving any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless coordination of tasks, including scheduling visits, allocating resources, and reporting progress.
  • Solve complex problems independently using analytical skills, experience, and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Service Engineering or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in maintaining lifts, responding to emergencies, and interacting with customers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle client interactions and technical challenges.
