Key Responsibilities

The Cafe Team Member is accountable for delivering an exceptional customer experience by consistently providing outstanding service and ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Main Tasks
  • Ensure effective communication with customers to build rapport and deliver excellent customer care.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area adhering to strict food safety standards.

Requirements
